How You Learn Best
Different formats for different schedules. Pick what works for you, or mix them all.
Live Sessions
Watch presentations happen in real time. Ask questions directly to speakers. Most webinars run 60-90 minutes with Q&A at the end.
Interactive Chats
Type questions during breaks or after talks. Share observations with other participants. Speakers often respond during or right after their session.
Recorded Access
Missed a webinar? All sessions are recorded. Watch later, pause when needed, rewatch sections that matter. Recordings stay available for 6 months.
Resource Files
Download slides, reading lists, and case study PDFs after each session. Keep reference materials for your own projects or research.
Small Groups
Some sessions include breakout discussions. 5-8 people tackle specific scenarios or brainstorm solutions. Good for deeper engagement.
Mobile Friendly
Join from your phone or tablet. Platform adapts to smaller screens. Audio-only mode available if you're on slower connections.
Regular Events You Can Count On
Consistent schedule means you can plan ahead. Most sessions happen evenings or weekends.
Monthly Expert Talks
Third Thursday each month. Specialists from urban planning, conservation biology, or green architecture share current projects. 75 minutes including Q&A.
Case Study Fridays
First Friday monthly. Deep analysis of one real city project—what worked, what didn't, lessons learned. Interactive discussion format with participants sharing their local context.
Weekend Workshops
Quarterly Saturday sessions. Longer format—3 hours with breaks. Hands-on activities like mapping green corridors or calculating carbon footprints for neighborhoods.
Community Roundtables
Every other Tuesday. Open forum where participants bring topics. Someone dealing with local tree preservation? Bring it up. No formal presentation—just structured conversation.

Technical Setup
What you need to participate smoothly.

Internet Connection
5 Mbps minimum for video streaming. 2 Mbps works for audio-only mode. Most home connections handle this fine.
Device Options
Laptop, desktop, tablet, or phone. Web browser access means no special software to install. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge all work.
Audio Setup
Built-in speakers work, but headphones reduce echo if you ask questions. Microphone optional—most people use chat for questions anyway.
Platform Security
End-to-end encryption for all sessions. Your email and name stay private—only visible to instructors unless you choose to share in discussions.
